Corrosion Control

For an effective concrete repair and protection solution, it is important to establish whether there is a need for a corrosion control design, or not. Please refer to our testing and investigations page.

Once the data is available Polydeck Structural Solutions works with the client’s design team and/or our Design Partners and manufacturers to develop a corrosion control design. Dependant up the data, analysis and interpretation there are multiple solutions that we can assist with during the design development;

• Polydeck work with Certified Icorr Designers & Engineers
• Personnel qualified to the relevant standards as outlined in EN15257
• Design and Build Schemes engaging Structural Engineers where appropriate
• Consider the appropriate solution, tailored to specific areas of the structure
• The incipient anode effect, often occurring on repaired reinforced concrete structures. Activity around the repaired and parent concrete interface
