We were contacted by a national charity based in London, needing a flooring solution to house research labs into a new building. Laboratory and research facility environments must be kept ultra clean and hygienic to avoid contaminations which could subsequently mislead the accuracy of test results and place into jeopardy the findings of any research work.
A laboratory floor requires a barrier that is resistant to oils, acids and other liquids and in this case potential Nitrogen spillage from storage tanks used for ultra-low temperature freezing.
